A local non-profit’s (ADAM) Board of Directors recently held a meeting at their latest new home construction in Livingston. Board President, Tom Stephens, said the 1,064 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is their fourth build inside the city limits and is located on the extension of East 7th Street that ADAM has been developing.
Stephens said the board’s goal is to sell this property to a local veteran, first responder, or first-time homebuyer at an affordable price, while creating economic and community development in Livingston.
Interested buyers must have their own financing. Vice President Earl Carwile stated that ADAM previously sold a home with buyers utilizing THDA financing, which may come with down payment assistance and reduced interest rates.
