Barbetta Belinda (Sherrer) McMaster

Barbetta Belinda (Sherrer) McMaster, 60, passed away peacefully at her home in Byrdstown, Tennessee on the evening of Tuesday, December 5. She was surrounded by her beloved family.

Barbetta was born in Montgomery, Alabama on August 2, 1963, the daughter of Perry Sherrer of Crossville, Tennessee and Barbara (Bobbi) Leonard. She was a sister to Deanna Crumpton (Glenn), Amber White (Jedidiah), Ronnie Leonard (Sheila) and Kelly Piercy (Shane) and was a graduate of Stanhope Elmore High School in Millbrook, Alabama.

She was known as a humble, kindhearted woman who would give the clothes off her back to help someone in need. She was a loyal wife to the love of her life, Bob McMaster, and a devoted mother to seven children: Derek Saffold (Caity), Katelyn Saffold (Jonathan), Melanie Nieves, April McMaster (JJ), Heather Eatman (Blake), Katelyn McMaster and Josh McMaster (Sarah). Barbetta also loved spending time with her eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

As a dedicated friend of Bill W., she was passionate about helping women in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Barbetta was a talented, artistic woman who practiced several crafts throughout her life and ran a jewelry-making business in recent years. She was also a lover of animals, including her dog Gypsy, cat Diamond and bird Skittles.

He was a past president of Dayton Mortgage and Banker Association, and a member of Kettering American Legion Post #598 since 2003. He loved country music and hanging out with his friends, especially the "Arcanum Rough Boys." He loved campfires. He was a true Bengals fan, even in their rough years. He was a huge Larry Bird fan; therefore, he made a lot of trips to French Lick, Indiana. Some of us are sure that Nick thought WWE was real.
