The campground had been temporarily closed to facilitate essential underground sewer replacements, a crucial infrastructure upgrade.Located at 100 Obey Park Rd in Monroe, the campground’s staff has been working diligently to prepare the park for guests following the completion of the significant maintenance. Park officials expressed their readiness to welcome visitors back to the scenic location.
Campers planning a visit should be aware that due to recent rainfall in the region, low-lying areas within the campground are expected to be wet and saturated. Visitors are advised to plan accordingly and take necessary precautions.
