Hayes Caps Stellar Senior Season with All-Region Nod and .486 AVG

Livingston Academy’s own Tayshawn Hayes has been honored with the prestigious Tennessee All Region 4-AAA recognition, capping off an outstanding 2025 season. The senior outfielder demonstrated exceptional skill and consistency at the plate.

In his final high school season, Hayes put up remarkable numbers, boasting a .486 batting average and a .722 slugging percentage. He collected 35 hits, including 3 home runs, and drove in 14 RBIs.

Hayes, a four-year cornerstone for the Wildcats, has consistently been a powerful force in the team’s offense throughout his career.

His high school tenure includes a .323 lifetime batting average with 17 doubles, 3 triples, 5 home runs and 67 RBIs. He was also a two-time All-District 7-AAA selection in 2023 and 2024.
