Central Park Draws Crowd for Live in Livingston

Posted

Livingston Central Park hosted a gathering last Saturday night, May 31, for the inaugural “Live in Livingston” concert of the 2025 season. The complimentary event attracted a large audience from Overton County and surrounding areas, who convened to experience an evening of live musical performances.

The program commenced with The World Turning Band, whose rendition of Fleetwood Mac’s repertoire resonated with the assembled attendees. Following this performance, The 7 Bridges Band took the stage, presenting a tribute to the music of the Eagles.

The concert provided an opportunity for community members and visitors to enjoy high-quality musical entertainment in an outdoor setting.

The turnout on Saturday evening sets a positive precedent for Central Park’s upcoming summer schedule. Further events announced include:

Friday, June 6 & Saturday, June 7: Pioneer Days, a free two-day community event, will highlight local history and music, featuring demonstrations, artisan and antique vendors, children’s activities, and performances by Bluegrass and Americana bands from the Upper Cumberland region.
