It appearing to the Circuit Court Clerk of Overton County, Tennessee, upon consideration.
of the Plaintiff's Motion for Service by Publication pursuant to T.C.A. § 21-1-204, and affidavit of
counsel of record, it is found that service has been attempted at the last known addresses of
Defendant, Corinna C. Ransom, and was returned as not found in the county.
It is therefore ordered that the Plaintiff, Corinna C. Ransom, shall be served by publication.
This order shall be published in a weekly publication in Wilson County, Tennessee, the county of
the last known residence of the Defendant, and Overton County, County, Tennessee, being the
county where this litigation is filed, for four consecutive weeks. Failure to respond to this action
within thirty (30) days of the last publication of such notice may result in default being taken with
respect to the Defendant. A copy of this order, along with a copy of the Complaint for Divorce, shall
also be forwarded by the Circuit Court Clerk to the Defendant herein at her last known address in
